Step away from the noise and back into your body. A restorative ADHD retreat that blends nature, nutrition, and nervous system healing. Join us for our first Annual Adult ADHD Brain and Body Connection Retreat.

ADHD isn’t just about attention — it’s about connection.
When we’re dysregulated, we lose connection to the very things that help us feel human: our breath, our sleep, our hunger cues, our sense of movement, and even our emotions.
Holistic approaches help ADHDers reconnect on every level:
Breath — slows the nervous system and signals safety to the brain.
Sleep — resets dopamine, mood, and motivation.
Food — fuels stable energy instead of rollercoaster crashes.
Stress Management — teaches the body it’s safe to rest, recover, and respond rather than react.
Movement — releases tension, restores focus, and moves emotion through the body.
When we begin reconnecting with these rhythms, we stop trying to manage ADHD and start calibrating it. This retreat brings those pieces back together — science, strategy, and self-compassion. Now your brain and body can finally work with each other, not against each other.
A weekend of movement, mindfulness, and reconnection.
Learn how ADHD affects your body — and how to regulate it through breath, food, rest, movement, and stress management.
Leave Cacapon feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected than you’ve felt in years.

Discover the connection between sleep, nutrition, stress, and cognitive performance.
You’ll leave with a clear plan to support your dopamine, stabilize energy, and manage overwhelm — grounded in physiology, not perfectionism.

Learn practical, research-backed strategies that improve focus, emotional balance, and nervous system health.
Workshops blend neuroscience, mindfulness, and movement science to help you understand how ADHD affects the body — and how to regulate it with real, sustainable tools.

Transform what you learn into routines that actually stick.
Experience hands-on practice in creating systems, rhythms, and habits that enhance attention, resilience, and follow-through. Find ways to work with your brain and not against it.

Kirby taught me more about how I operate in my first session than I learned on my own in my first 30 years of life.
It works. I didn't think it would, but it does.
I can't imagine doing life without Calibrate.

I’ll say it again, Candice Kaup saved my life. If I waited, the tumor would have led to an inoperable situation. My situation was complicated and she helped find the right people to take care of it. Two years later, Candice is consistently checking on me. Because of Candice, her knowledge, connections and quick actions, I am still here and able to share my story.
Calibrate ADHD and On the Move are so excited to bring this immersive retreat experience to life together. We joined forces because we share a deep passion for health, healing, and helping people reconnect to themselves in sustainable, compassionate ways.
Together, we bring years of experience in ADHD coaching, functional movement, nutrition, and nervous system regulation — blending science and soul to help you find your way back to balance.
At Cacapon, we’ll help you pause the noise, reset your rhythm, and reconnect your brain and body through movement, mindfulness, community, and conversation.
This isn’t about fixing yourself — it’s about remembering how to feel at home in your body again.

Disconnect from the noise of daily life and reconnect your brain and body.
For ADHD minds, constant motion can disguise deep disconnection. Disconnection from self, from movement, from calm, etc. Connection is one of the most powerful ways to regulate, restore, and re-energize your nervous system.
ADHDers often live in “go mode,” juggling and rushing until burn out. We are used to burn out being our signal to pause. But what if we chose to pause instead? Chose to tune in, calibrate and connect to our nervous system and body. On this retreat you will learn how to treat your ADHD through connection and curiosity. No longer living in a cycle or running, running on empty, crashing out and then starting it all over again.
